Saruppladsen - back to the stoneage
Saruppladsen, also called the village of the dead souls, is located by the village Sarup near Haarby. The square played from 3,400-2,800 BC. a significant role in the cult of death and burial. The site has such great cultural-historical value that it has given its name to other facilities of the same type both in Denmark and in the rest of Europe.
