HAVKRAFT 2026 – A Day of Experiences by the Sea

What You Can Experience

Årøsund–Assens Open Water Swim

Are you ready for a unique challenge? Take part in the spectacular 13 km open water swim from Årøsund in Jutland to Assens across the Little Belt. This swim is designed for experienced open water swimmers and offers an unforgettable experience in the historic waters between Jutland and Funen.

Kids Beach Race

Children can take on a fun and active beach obstacle course filled with movement, play, and exciting challenges. The Kids Beach Race is designed for young participants, with the joy of the beach, the sea, and being active together at its heart.

Take part in a fun obstacle course featuring:

• Sand crawl under a net
• Tire jumps
• Bear crawl
• Dragging a sandbag
• Sand tunnel crawl
• Swimming (50 metres)
• Paddleboarding (75 metres)
• Sandbag throwing
• Zigzag sprint
• Jumping over a hay bale

Important information:

• To complete the Kids Beach Race, participants must be accompanied by an adult who can assist them through the obstacle course.
• A wetsuit is not required.
• Participants must be able to swim 25–50 metres.

Sauna Infusions, Ice Bath and Breathwork

Treat your body and mind to warming sauna infusion sessions, a refreshing ice bath, or guided breathwork by the beach. These activities offer relaxation, mindfulness, and renewed energy. Some activities require advance booking.

A Day by the Sea

HAVKRAFT is all about discovering the many opportunities the sea has to offer. Take part in the activities, try something new, or simply stop by and enjoy the atmosphere by the waterfront.
