At Hygge Hoeve in Langsted, you will find a cosy and relaxing place where you can experience authentic Danish country life. Here, you are welcomed by Clemens, Jolanda, and their three children, who moved from the Netherlands to Funen in 2025 to create a place where guests can enjoy nature, tranquillity, and the special Danish concept of hygge.

The charming half-timbered farmhouse from 1777 is centrally located on Funen, within easy reach of some of the island’s most popular towns and harbours. Here, you can unwind in peaceful surroundings while still being close to attractions, shopping opportunities, restaurants, and cultural experiences.

Hygge Hoeve is ideal for campers, cyclists, hikers, and travellers looking for a relaxing stop on their way to Sweden or Norway. During spring and summer, honey is produced on the farm, and you can often enjoy fresh fruit directly from the garden.

Motorhome pitches at Hygge Hoeve

Hygge Hoeve offers three spacious motorhome pitches with access to water and 16-amp electricity. The pitches are suitable for motorhomes up to 8 metres in length and provide peaceful surroundings with views of the countryside.

You are welcome to use the large garden, which features cosy seating areas for relaxation, birdwatching, and enjoying nature. Electric vehicle charging is available by prior arrangement.

Plans are also underway to establish a Bed & Breakfast with three guest rooms, as well as a shared kitchen and lounge area. These future facilities will also be suitable for small events, workshops, and social gatherings.

The area around Langsted is perfect for both cycling and hiking. The village is surrounded by forests, fields, and beautiful countryside, while still offering easy access to grocery stores, a pharmacy, public transport, and other practical amenities.

From Hygge Hoeve, you have easy access to some of Funen’s most popular destinations, including Assens, Helnæs, Vissenbjerg, Faaborg, and Odense. The central location makes the farm an ideal base for exploring the entire island of Funen.

As something truly special, the hosts also offer guided tours around Funen in their classic Chevrolet Chevy Van G20. This allows you to discover hidden gems and local spots that many visitors would otherwise never find.
