About the place and your hosts

A charming farmhouse dating back to 1890, now transformed into an exclusive holiday home offering modern comfort and plenty of character. The holiday home covers an impressive 181 m² and was carefully renovated in 2023 with a focus on quality and a cosy atmosphere. Here, you will find a home that combines stylish materials, soft textiles and luxurious details – from marble bathrooms to a designer kitchen.

Karen and Johnny are your hosts at Kohavegaard. With great care and passion, they have created a place where guests can truly feel at home. They also live at Kohavegaard and are happy to help with everything from tips on local experiences to ordering breakfast or recommending activities in the area. At the farm, you will also find Kohavegaard's ice cream dairy, where you can treat yourselves to homemade ice cream made with quality ingredients and plenty of flavour.

Facilities and accessibility

The holiday home offers modern facilities and luxurious details to make your stay extra comfortable:

• 181 m² with a new kitchen including a kitchen island, wine cooler and espresso machine
• Marble bathroom with Grohe shower system and underfloor heating, plus an additional toilet in the same style
• Washing machine and tumble dryer
• 65” OLED TV with streaming (using your own login) and Danish TV channels
• PlayStation 4, wireless phone chargers, iron and hairdryer
• Park-like garden with a pond, views of the windmill and sea, and the perfect setting for enjoying the sunset

All bed linen is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, the towels are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, and all personal care products are organic and supplied by Meraki.

The holiday home has three beautifully furnished bedrooms designed with comfort and tranquillity in mind:

• Bedroom 1: Large first-floor bedroom with a double bed (240 cm, can be separated into two single beds), 55” TV, sofa, wireless phone charger and views of the windmill and sea.
• Bedroom 2: Medium-sized first-floor bedroom with a double bed (180 cm, can be separated into two single beds), 55” TV, wireless phone charger and views of the windmill and sea.
