Mariendal Beach is located on the Little Belt in the northern part of Assens and is a lovely spot for a swim, a relaxing day by the water or a picnic with views across the Little Belt.

The beach is certified as a Badepunkt bathing spot and offers good facilities for both children and adults. The bathing area has shallow water, and you can enter the water from two bathing jetties.

Mariendal Beach is approximately 250 metres long and 20 metres wide. Both the beach and seabed consist mainly of sand, and the shallow water makes the beach well suited to families with children.

Next to the beach is a green area with tables and benches where you can sit and relax. Barbecuing is also possible, making it easy to combine a trip to the beach with a picnic or dinner in the open air.
