Maritime Assens
Today Assens has a big Marina and Habour. Historically, Assens has been well positioned at the entrance to the Little Belt, and the city's church is impressive in relation to the size of the city because of many people have past the town.

Agernæs Harbour
Agernæs Harbour, owned by Assens Municipality, comprising one small basin with three landing stages for dinghies, a small fishing jetty and a slipway. Payment with cash only 50 Dkr. each for launching and uptake.

Bågø Harbour
Baagø Harbour A modern harbour with access to water and electricity on the piers. Built in 2009 with 49 berths and a slipway. Harbour fees are paid at an automatic machine.

Statue of Peter Willemoes
The bronze statue in Assens stands in an outline of the ship, 'Prins Christian Frederik', on which Willemoes met his death at the Battle of Zealand Point in 1808.
